Satan's MO of attack, His strategy, how he relates to and deals with mankind to gain his objectives

Intro:

Satan is not OmPo but he is very powerful;

he is not OmSc but he is a genius;

he is not OmPr but it often appears so since he commands a vast army of fallen angels,; demons.

He is known as the adversary, which indicates that his whole thrust, his being is in opposition to God and being the master of lies and deception, it follows that his M.O., strategy in the kosmos can be characterized as being a counterfeit;

1. What is Satan's work relative to the Unbeliever

- Need to recognize that they, the UB has a problem, a problem with their thinking;

#1. 2 Cor 11:14-15a they have fallen for the message that comes from Satan's ministers; his operatives

#2. 2 Cor. 4:3-4 What does Satan focus on?

Is it his intent and purpose to make one as bad, as evil as he can be? Not at all! His focus is the thinking, the mind!

- So his focus is on the mind, the thinking; what does he use?

1. A false gospel: heteroj Gal 1:6-9

2. False doctrines: 1 Tm 4:1;

3. Uses supernatural acts 2 Ths. 2:9

2. What about believers? What is Satan's work related to the Believer?

a. False ministers, prophets and evangelists;

b. Again the focus is on the mind, the thinking!

c. A false communion table - idolatry 1 Cor 10:14-27
